Corporate History
Feoso Energy has been playing its part in the regional distribution of premium base oils. We are S-OIL’s sole base oil distributor in China.
Our extensive sales network spans the entire eastern coast of China via offices in Beijing, Dalian, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jingjiang, Wuxi (Jiangsu province), and Guangzhou. Distribution is centered at our 35,000 cubic meter capacity storage facility in Jingjiang (located near Shanghai) which also has a blending capacity of 150,000mt/yr.
Feoso Energy was founded in 1993.

Feoso Energy is established. Its principal business is base oil trading and sales.
1993
Establishment of Shanghai office which, in 2003, is registered as Feoso Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Haixia (whose aim is to sell base oil ex-tank).
1997
S-OIL commences production of Group Ⅲ aramcoULTRA oils which is distributed by Feoso Energy in China and South East Asia and is well-received by customers.
2002
Establishment of wholly-owned subsidiary Dalian Haixia.
2003
Establishment of Tianjin branch.
2004
Offical opening of Feoso Energy (Jiangsu) Ltd.
2008
Establishment of Beijing branch.
2009
Completion of our new head office in Jingjiang.
2012
Establishment of Feoso Energy (Jiangsu) Guangzhou branch.
2013
Establishment of Feoso Energy (Jiangsu) Wuxi branch.
